Catastrophic Anthropogenic global warming is the conclusion of the logically and scientifically flawed argument that is made by each of today’s climate models. This argument is logically and scientifically flawed by its application of the Fallacy of Misplaced Concreteness under which an “abstract” event is mistaken for a “concrete” event where a “concrete” event has a location in space and time but an “abstract” event is “abstracted” (removed) from a location in space and time. As it has a location in space and time, a “concrete” event is observable. As it lacks a location in space and time, an “abstract” event is not observable. For example, a rock concert that lacks a location in space and time is not observable but a rock concert that has a location in space and time is observable. The effect from mistaking an “abstract” for a “concrete” event is for runs of the model to convey no information about the conditional outcomes of the events of the future for Earth’s climate system to a public official for his/ her use in regulating this system but for this model to be dressed up to like it conveys information to this official. In this way, “Impossible regulation” is dressed up to look like “Possible Regulation.”
A more detailed presentation of Impossible Regulation is presented in the scientific work of the same name of which I am the author. A copy of this work is available by request to me by email to terry_oldberg@yahoo.com.
