Biden misunderstands the Law of Supply and Demand under which a decrease in the supply of petroleum increases the price. To decrease the price Biden needs to increase the supply. This he seems to think he cannot do as members of the environmental lobby believe in the proposition that increasing the supply would be an “existential threat” to mankind.
Belief in the proposition that increasing the supply would be an “existential threat” is however, the result of a cognitive error on the part of the members of the evironmental lobby under which they join climatological researchers in an application of the Fallacy of Misplaced Concreteness under which an “abstract” event is treated as if it were a “concrete” event in making a climatological argument.
A “rock concert” is an example of an “abstract” event when it is abstracted from its position in space and time. A rock concert at a specified position in space and time is an example of a “concrete” event. For avoidance of application of the Fallacy of Misplaced Concreteness in making a climatological argument the position in space and time of each event that is referenced by this argument must be specified.
One of the consequences from failure to specify the position of each in space and time is for runs of a model that makes a climatological argument to convey nil information gain to a public official precluding the possibility for this official to regulate Earth’s climate system. A deductive proof of this assertion is presented in the paper entitled “Impossible Regulation.” A am the author of this paper. A copy of this proof is available to anyone who requests it by email to me at terry_oldberg@yahoo.com. This request must specify the email address to which this copy of the paper shall be sent.
is this guy actually this ignorant?? So far I can not think of anything he has done which was good for America. This is just one more example.
