I don’t see the decline in mortality. It’s a crude look for sure, but the claimed improvement in Beijing air quality is dramatic, everyone in Beijing breathes the same air but mortality has increased substantially.
Since correlation is causation to science nerd dems, looks like China needs to INCREASE PM2.5 emissions.
