- Allowed a federal court to roll back the Trump EPA science transparency rule (not even hearing argument from those supporting the rule).

This is all adding up to getting “expert opinion” to rubber stamp all his insane ideas like bankrupting the country to buy shiploads of windmills to enrich his buddies over in China to ‘save the world’ from an imaginary danger.
