USC prof and EPA grantee Ed Avol is suing EPA to reinstate the Trump admin-banned practice of EPA grantees serving on science advisory boards so they can rubberstamp EPA junk science.

USC’s Ed Avol ($67 million in EPA grants while rubberstamping bogus EPA science as a CASAC member), Physicians for Social Responsibility and other expect federal courts will keep their old scam alive.
