Someone should investigate the first party to sue, Trillium Wind, it appears to be a one man operation with no experience in any form of generation. It runs out of a “by the hour” office space, has one employee, and I am unable to find any connection to any project, wind or otherwise. The Ontario government represented the company as a worldwide leader in offshore wind, how can this be? Who ever approved the contracts in the first place should be interviewed, there is some explaining to do, the taxpayers of Ontario are potentially on the hook for billions, for not building these monsters.
