The US Constitution still requires the ‘advice and consent’ of the Senate to ratify a treaty, and non-treaties such as this ‘deal’ are not legally binding on US citizens.
If they wish, let the other 194 countries cripple their own economies with efforts to comply with this travesty.
As their ‘discretionary funds’ diminish their ‘carbon footprints’ will grow.
There is no “negotiation” required when abrogating an agreement.
