Note the fact that China has over expanded and by trimming their over capacity it can be claimed that they are trying to reduce CO2 emissions.
Well of course they would “ban” / close new coal mines if the excess capacity was, well, not needed. Duh!
Yet they invest in coal fueled power in other countries. And it’s all supposed to be “global”.
Doublespeak gone wild.
