I want to see the State Govt OR the Fed govt try to pry the cold dead fingers of Californians from their cars.
These idiots forget that cars are more energy efficient than buses!
Proof: table 2.14 from http://cta.ornl.gov/data/tedb34/Edition34_Chapter02.pdf shows buses use 4071 BTU to move each person each mile while cars use 3144.
Which totally ignores the largest in terms of percentage output “greenhouse gas” emitted by todays emission controlled vehicles, that being water vapor.
