  1. Facts aren’t all that important to zealots. A couple of years ago Italy jailed scientist for failing to predict an earthquake.

  2. How can something like this even happen when the science on climate change is not “settled” regardless of what the UN and Obama say. The simple fact is that until it is “settled” and accepted as verifiable science by the community, there cannot be an enforceable law, to override our constitutional first amendment. Could it be, the UN and this administration is attempting to override our sovereignty and our sovereign constitution, by actually using the “non-binding UN Climate Change Agreement?” There is simply too many scientists who disagree with the UN/Obama climate change “science”. I think congress should put a stop to the signing of any agreements with the UN.

  3. The unjustifiable assumptions here by the legal ‘geniuses’ are that everybody, including Exxon-Mobil KNOWS that climate change is a serious threat and that it is mostly due to the use of fossil fuels.
    We know different.
