EPA denies FOIA request for financial conflict of interest disclosure info for ‘independent’ science advisors

More than secret science. Now we have secret conflicts of interest.

On March 15, I reported that EPA refused to release the financial conflict of interest disclosure forms for its newly formed Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee (CASAC) Particulate Matter Review Panel for 2015-2018.

Now, in a letter dated March 23, EPA refused my request made under the Freedom of Inf0rmation Act (FOIA).

An appeal has been submitted.
