Zika is a pandemic threat, not just because of its spread by mosquitoes but because it is a politically correct virus. First it provides the perfect excuse for abortion. Planned Parenthood must be elated. Secondly it can be spread by sexual contact, rendering it exempt from any quarantine or any other common sense measure, just as AIDS was allowed to spread. And, like AIDS, the entire effort will not be to stop its spread but to “find a magic bullet”.
