By the time that the lower court can get its crap together and make another ruling obozzo will be long gone. I doubt that the next president will allow this insanity to go any further.
Unless the court holds the EPA and others in contempt (and sends people to jail) for violating its rulings, the White House and its partners will simply do whatever they want and ignore the court ruling.
They have done that several times in the past and there is no reason to believe they will follow the Court’s decision this time.
They are the flat Earthers when it comes to reality!! This was a great decision by SCOTUS.
