One county in VA discontinued their recycling program years ago. Accountants discovered it was costing more to run the program than the recycled products were worth.
Glad to see that one more public private partnership, i.e. fascism, is failing since the whole premise is incorrect.
The earth recycles everything without needing man’s help.
