When, at long last, will the court take a look at the scientific evidence that is the foundation of EPA’s policies? A fair and open hearing of the evidence in a court proceeding ought to be enough to show that this environmental emperor has no clothes on at all. Where is the connection between the law and scientific evidence? Is there any?
