The First Circuit Court in Washington D.C. is the court President Obama packed with ultra-leftist jurists. It was speculated at the time that the current situation was EXACTLY the reason he packed this court: to circumvent the rule of law by using activist judges whose rulings would take an eternity to reach review. A rubber stamp for his leftist policies.
They are just upset that there presumed right to make law is being challenged. Constitution, what constitution?
Apparently the EPA doesn’t comprehend the reasoning behind an injunction to prevent implementation that would cause harm to the litigant – except when the EPA sues for injunctions against people who are accused of violating its own rules…..
