Seems to me a violation of SCOTUS’ ruling….
If it is market momentum that is in play the process will continue on its own without the CPP. Subsidies for these green energy sources that have bent the market for 30 years should be removed to allow them to push the old dirty ways out of the market. If the subsidies are in fact causing the “surge” then there is no “market momentum” is there. Either way Gina’s lack of logic is apparent.
I would expect nothing less from this petty little fascist bureaucrat.
