When there are 25,000 to 40,000 PPM of H2O in the atmosphere do you reckon a couple hundred additional PPM of CO2 will make a noticeable difference in the planet’s greenhouse effect?
I hope the level stays above 400 ppm. Any less would be a crime against flora. PlantlivesMatter!
