Video Flashback: EPA mocks suggestions that Agency violated Anti-Lobbying Act

Rogue. Arrogant. Lawbreaking.

The Government Accounting Office determined that EPA violated the law against lobbying in issuing its Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule.

Here is a video from last June of EPA chief Gina McCarthy mocking that notion that EPA violated the law.
