You, as the leader of a third world country take the money, build twenty solar panels near a village of natives who have never seen a mirror. Surround the solar panels with mirrors. Looks like thousands of panels. Keep the extra millions given to your third world country and build a 100,000 sq.ft. palace with it’s own coal fired power plant. Add 25 Mercedes and 100 60″ televsions.
That’s how you spend climate fund money.
