  1. El Niño is the environmental equivalent of the ‘redistribution of wealth’ – “them that’s got shall lose, them that’s not shall get.”
    Distribution is never equal, nor is redistribution equitable.
    All rain falls *somewhere* and all wind blows *somewhere*.
    Heat always flows from warmth to coolness.
    Adapt or die.

  2. So, what does the settled science say about the causes and recurrence of el nino??? And if we do not understand this phenomenon, how can we assert an ability to predict global temperatures with accuracy to a fraction of a degree?
