But…..but…..but then there is the theory that gives some indication that the warming cycle has ended and the Earth is more likely to experience cooling of about .4 degrees C or so over the next 30 to 40 years. And, dammit, the chances that I will get to hang around to see what happens are zip, zilch, zero, none, Obama. But then unlike many of my contemporaries, I did get to stay around long enough to witness most of the federal government suffering from Alzheimers or some Alzheimers like terminal dementia.
Oh yea, bur NOAA has not had a chance to adjust the figures yet to declare the world is hotter than it has ever been.
