So…..The Executive Branch of the United States federal government has agreed that they will conduct their affairs and their operations in ways that produce less greenhouse gasses and thus will be the cause of less climate disruption. Well, good on’em. I sincerely wish the fools well in their brainless endeavors.
Without the concurrence of Congress, We, the people and the states in which we live have agreed to nothing, y’know. Without the ratification by Congress, we have been consigned to spectator status to Uncle Simple’s latest confabulated hootenanny.
