These people are ACTORS. They are paid buckets of money to memorize, and repeat with apparent conviction, words given to them by the ones paying them. Even if they have ideas of their own, those ideas will never come out of their mouths because that’s not what they’re being paid for. Follow the money.
In my experience most actors are airheads with little or no education in science, much less climate science. Because they have been adored since they were young kids for their looks, maybe their acting ability they have an inflated view of themselves and their brainpower. The comments by Gere, DiCaprio, Ford and numerous others only confirm my opinion.
