Well at least they are being consistent in taking power from nation states and giving it to the UN.
More proof that leaving the UN is the smartest thing that countries can do, to protect themselves.

boggles the mind that the Annex-I countries of the Kyoto Protocol drafted an agreement to shove a giant piece of bamboo up their own ass and are now worried that it has not been shoved deep enough.
