It truly does send a message to ISIS…. The message is: The leaders of these countries are all insane. The lunatics are running the asylum. Feel free to do as you please.

I think that Obama is delusional. He is losing his grip on reality. I suppose it happens when you are under a lot of stress and can’t cope with it. After all this is first job of any significance.
