The main reason no warmist want the US Congress involved, and this is a guess, is that there would be hearings and open debate under the Republicans. That would not be good for the money grabbers.
If the carbon [sic] cutting goals are removed, what’s the point of even going to Paris. This irony is completely lost on them.
