Does the EPA have “standing” to take a state to court?
Does any federal agency have Constitutional authority within the country yet outside that strange little foreign country that’s called “The District of Columbia.”
Our state governments need to think eviction, not secession. Governor Bevin is setting a good example for all of the wussey governors who have shown themselves unwilling to live up to the oaths they swore or attested to upon taking office.
