For the World Bank, climate is a means to distract from its failure to address global poverty

But the World Bank has, since its inception, failed to make a dent in global poverty. Temperatures could drive 100 million into extreme poverty? Uh… what about the 1.2 billion around the world already without electricity? Is that not extreme poverty? What is the World Bank doing about that problem? Ironically, the Bank is blocking their ability to get electricity. Now the World Bank is out to control global climate? Its chutzpah is breathtaking.
