Gina McCarthy is the worst public official I’ve seen recently, as she can’t answer questions about anything,particularly not the number of storms that have allegedly hit the US due to climate change (AGW), her answers are so nonfactual as to be considered LUDICROUS.
If “…a lower court has taken too long to rule on its stay request,” the request is assumed to be denied.

Now why would the head of the EPA not want to be placed under oath to answer questions about/by an industry the EPA wants to destroy/eliminate?
