Canada backs U.S.: climate deal should not be legally binding Read more at Reutershttp://www.reuters.com/article/2015/11/27/us-climatechange-canada-idUSKBN0TG1YF20151127#CW4uE4DEpzxwTDw5.99

Agenda 21, now Agenda 2030 was billed as ‘soft law’, a term which I think is meant to suggest that it was not internationally legally binding. Tell that to the locals going off balance from having wind turbines spinning next door to them; to farmers who have been told locally that they can keep their land, pay taxes on it but cannot use it and to all those who have been forced to have smart meters installed. The corporations will put pressure on the NGOs which will manage to get local laws enforced. Or maybe not. I think people are seeing through all this carbonized garbage.
It’s a free holiday, (taxpayer’s expense), photo-ops galore, much back-patting, and mutual admiration, for trying to save the world. What’s not to love???
