“phase out ‘inefficient’ fossil fuel subsidies”?? What subsidies? Fossil fuels pay TAXES, they don’t receive subsidies (except perhaps in a very few major oil producing countries, e.g. Suadi). This is a perverse, mendacious and false assertion.
