It would seem to me that the EPA could only regulate on federal properties and federal projects. State, local and private property would be outside of their constitutional mandated authority
I will light a vigil candle to Saint Ann for passage.
The American Public is challenged to stop putting faith in slogans over reason and scientific process, even as it enjoys the blessing of seeing planets up close and having remarkable machines and logistics..
