The Lunny family Drake’s Bay (Estero) Point Reyes National Seashore Oyster Farm was denied renewal of their lease now many years ago based on the lousy National Park Service Research on environmental impacts, the usual gov cheating on an enviro situation as ends justify the means. They wanted the seashore to be wild and untouched.
Point Reyes National Seashore is amazingly stark and undeveloped. I Drove to it and to the Pacific and it’s just a road and a big expanse of untouched land–no building when I was there until you got to the shore. It’s 25 miles from the entrance to the Pacific, but it is only 1 hour drive north of San Francisco.
Government fanatics that inhabit the National Parks Service and Department of Interior hate private commercial activities ruining their pantheist plans for parks.
Even Diane Feinstein said the performance of the government “researchers” was a scandal. I would call it deplorable and loathsome, even criminal.
The loony 9th Circuit sided with the Gov, so now it goes to the SCOTUS. Point Reyes Oyster farm produces 40% of the CA oyster crop and is exemplary in its operations.

The Lunny family and their 30 employees committed the big sin, getting in the way of fanatics with government power. Watch out if you are faced with a guy with Gov ID and the Fatal Conceit.
The government knowlingly lied about the bi valves, same for PM 2.5 and the Cattle/Tortoise facts. Real science proved they were and are wrong. Just how dumb do we have to be to believe them?
The environmentalists are staging a relentless attack on the human food supply. From the 77 million acres banned from farming in Eastern Europe to this. They have been properly labeled as “secular ant-humanists”.
I spent a wonderful day at the Oyster Farm several months ago. It is a beautiful place and employs about 30. The irony is that one of the family members is married to one of our California Construction Trucking Association members and he will soon be losing his truck to insane regulations by CARB. Government is definately equal in their destruction of our businesses.
It would appear that Obama has formed a Gestapo to attack Americans.
