    Morrison said the bill was part of a larger goal when it comes to energy policy in Maine. “We simply can’t afford to ignore solar energy, which is renewable, clean and helps keep down electricity bills”
    Spending $18,000 to “keep down electricity bills.” You can’t fix stupid.
