Recall that the EPA wants to get control of water–does that justify SWAT teams? Would SWAT teams be justified for FDA or CDC actions to prevent food contamination?

Actually I’m pretty sure the FDA has been using SWAT teams already.

The Gestapo-like tactics have been going on for a long time. When the Assualt weapons banned was in effect, the enforcement branch of the EPA were allowed to carry Glocks that were illegal for citizens to posses. This is a thinly veiled attempt to circumvent the Posse Comitatus Act.
For all the grousing on the Left during the Bush Adminstration, their hypocrisy is shown by their silence now.
I realize that this junk science website, however one must realize that a lot of the justification for these tactics are based in junk science.
It is time to call the Obama Administration out for its Gestapo tactics. The EPA, the NSA, the IRS, the DOJ, the ATF, …. should simply be called the Obama Gestapo! Let Obama figure out how to spin the facts.
