One of the best episodes John Stossel ever did was on what a scam organic food is. It’s not healthier, may be less healthy, but sure costs a lot more.
You are so right that folks think brown eggs, I would say either organic or non-organic – at least where I reside, are better for you. I will have several dozen super jumbo white eggs for 2 bucks a dozen and the smaller brown eggs at 4 bucks a dozen go long before the whites ones.
Probably the same crowd that will tell you that brown (supposedly organic) eggs are healthier than white eggs.
