I knew it–well we have to have a new measure of the warming of the planet–surface temps don’t work. altitude temps don’t work because all the warming is being sucked into the ocean abyss complex, so the surface temps are not showing the warming. blah blah blah

Yeah, gonna need to be more like 90 – 95, but I feel you. Doesn’t even have to be the whole basin, just right along the continental shelf would be fine with me. I hope someone @Cal Tech is working on a device to jar those hydrates loose from the sea floor so we can have the bubble jets to go with!
