This is a joke–the concept ignores so many basic things. However the EPA has the money don’t they–our tax money. And Baylor will certainly like spending it.
I spent 15 years helping design drugs. Let me tell you, it is so easy to design chemicals. Cost and what is possible are serious constraints.
