Walking back another claim about species isn’t that hard–when the press and politicians are on your side.
Millions will die and species will die, was the claim. 2010 was going to see a million people dead from warming.
Didn’t happen, now the species claim is going away.
What can I say, a couple of degrees–just move a little and you’ll be back to what you want.
Besides in one day the temp varies more than 10 degrees and people aren’t dying.

America’s prosperity pisses off the Left. They want us to decline to be just an average country.

They chide us for use of resources beyond our population compared to the rest of the world. They want us to stop. Americans refuse to stop.

They won’t give up. They will try to trick us into giving up our prosperity. “It’s to save the planet.” “It’s for the children.”
This walking back claims of death or species extinction doesn’t mean they don’t want to kill your prosperity. They will just have to find another way. Global warming not working? Would you believe ocean acidification?
The Democrats are intellectually dishonest. It is critical to understand that. No matter what happens, they still want to crush our prosperity. Obama and the EPA trying to crush the coal industry isn’t about climate, or even the environment: it’s about crushing prosperity. With the goal of killing American exceptionalism.
