Southern California politicians are upset, demand an investigation of fracking after a quake in the Santa Monica Mountains.
So CA politicians worried about fracking causing quakes????
You might note that they wanted it investigated by multiple agencies and entities, including our old friend the South Coast Air Management District.
Why you say? Because they are reliably anti fossil fuel, anti progress, anti business socialist mandarins who are intent on stopping progress. Their claim is that quakes were not so common in the area of concern, even though there is no fracking in So CA.
Consider that fracking goes on at more than 5000 feet, imagine the weight of the earth at that level and the stupidity of people who would think some driller is going to upset the mantle of the earth enough to move plates and formations.
