Southern Enviro Law Center is filing suit–looking forward to those court awarded legal fees and a settlement that puts them in a cat bird seat.
It’s just like the organized Enviro group efforts to make the Prairie Chicken the bird that killed oil and gasproduction in many states.
Not only do the EPA and the enviro NGOs get their way in a back room deal, they get their legal fees and sometimes a job supervising the EPA regulatory efforts. It’s called collusion and violates basic rules of the court on collusive lawsuits.
