Charter Schools are not always great, but they are more able to be something that public schools have refused to be, innovatie in favor of teaching and learning. They do have to abide by many rules and regs, but they are of a different culture, the culture of solutions.
Partially because performance and solving problems and accomplishment determine their survival. Public schools can be
