  1. A cooling of 1C over 13 years for Central Europe should actually be a concern. If this trend continues, Central Europe would cool around 6C by 2100 and that could be very hard on the region. Central Europe is “temperate” to begin with and a drop of 6C (around 11F) would be a threat to crops and a real crisis in keeping people warm, especially elderly poor people.
    I dunno if the trend will continue. It’s a lot more worrisome than warming 2C would be.
