Climate bedwetters to march on Google’s campus in protest of Inhofe fundraiser

The San Francisco Chronicle reports:

Demonstrators will amass on Google’s Mountain View headquarters Wednesday morning to protest the search giant’s decision to host a fundraiser earlier this month for climate change denier Sen. James Inhofe.

The Oklahoma Republican famously declared that “global warming is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people,” despite a wide body of science research to the contrary.

Members of 350 Silicon Valley, Forecast the Facts and other organizations will deliver a petition signed by 50,000 people calling on the company to “stop funding climate denial.”

  1. I am gratified to see that the climate skeptic community finally
    picked a term popularized by the recently retired talk show
    host Neal Bootz. His version was “liberal bedwetter.” It applies
    equally well to both groups, no doubt involving a degree of
    overlapping membership.

  2. I saw a cartoon in the Serbian daily Politika (years before anybody even heard about Serbs) depicting a bunch of men standing under umbrellas and carrying plackards saying “No to rain!”
