Obama to tell State Department Keystone must be carbon neutral

President Barack Obama will ask the State Department not to approve the construction of the controversial Keystone XL pipeline unless it can first determine that it will not lead to a net increase in greenhouse gas emissions, a senior administration official told The Huffington Post.

  1. That just means that the producers have to pay mega-bucks for “carbon credits” to the Democrats and their cohorts.

  2. The choice then is between the pipeline or rail. Clearly the pipeline would result in fewer so-called emissions than would rail transport of the same oil.
