Neither Eli Lehrer nor Bob Inglis are not any sort of conservative that we recognize.
Lehrer and Inglis write in “Conservatives make the argument for a carbon tax” in the San Jose Mercury News:
If conservatives don’t begin to engage on the important issue of climate change, we’ll cede the debate. The result will be a larger, more intrusive government that hurts business and job creation.
Any conservative would know that a carbon tax is pointless and inflationary.
