  1. The right answer is to quit worrying about human production of CO2 as a problem. It’s fine. Our production of CO2 has too small an effect on the climate system to even measure it. Our CO2 may actually be useful for plant development and almost everyone is in favor of plant development.
    Any policy that uses “climate” as a justification is guilty until proven innocent. It the policy has actual benefits, show them.
