There are probably eugenicists among the climate alarmists. But my own take is that the climate alarmists are basically the new Puritans, who in their day were the new Pharisees, who in their day were the new…well, heck, I don’t know who the blue noses were before the Pharisees. Plus they have their counterparts in other societies; I just know who a few of the Western types were.
They are less the people who don’t want me to breed and more the people who want to tell me what temperature my shower can be.
