  1. Will the czar be responsible for bringing back the revenue loss projected from the recent ridiculous gun laws the legislature passed?

  2. I dunno if the state needs a czar for this kind of thing. It is important to plan for variability in fire occurence, in the marketability of the ski industry, in the need to keep roads clear and plan for flooding. That’s true regardless of anyone’s believe in changing (or not changing) weather patterns because weather is always highly variable.
